Recently, the Wuxi Mediation Center of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) / China Chamber of International Commerce announced the list of its first batch of 24 mediators. Ms. Nancy Zhang, Founder and Managing Partner of Xeon Law Firm, was appointed as one of the first batch of mediators, with a three-year term.

The CCPIT Wuxi Mediation Center was approved for establishment by the CCPIT in September 2024 and was officially unveiled on October 10 of the same year at the “Wuxi International Commercial Dispute Resolution Exchange Conference.” It aims to provide professional, efficient, and convenient commercial mediation services for domestic and foreign commercial entities, and to guide more market participants to resolve commercial disputes through non-litigation means.
Ms. Nancy Zhang has long been engaged in foreign-related legal service fields such as cross-border dispute resolution, cross-border investment and financing, and multinational corporate governance. This appointment is the CCPIT’s recognition of Xeon Law Firm’s commercial legal service work, as well as its trust in Ms. Nancy Zhang’s professional competence and professional ethics.
