Nancy Zhang is the Founder and Managing Partner of Xeon & Partners Law Firm, a boutique law firm specialising in cross-border legal services and international legal affairs.
With qualifications in China and the United States, Nancy focuses on advising businesses on cross-border investment, international commercial matters, compliance and dispute resolution. She has extensive experience assisting Chinese enterprises expanding overseas and supporting international companies operating in China.
Nancy developed her international legal perspective through overseas legal education and professional training in the United States and the United Kingdom. She was admitted to the New York Bar and was selected for the British Bar Council BCTS Programme, where she received specialised training in international commercial arbitration in London.
She also founded the Xeon Cross-border Compliance Institute, integrating legal research with practical experience to support businesses navigating increasingly complex global regulatory environments.
