On 25 September 2024, Nancy Zhang, Founder and Managing Partner of Xeon & Partners Law Firm, and legal assistant Hongying Chen attended the international cooperation project meetings held as part of the 2024 Nanjing Services Trade Cooperation Promotion Conference at the Nanjing International Youth Cultural Centre.
During the event, the Xeon & Partners team held discussions with representatives of international companies and chambers of commerce from a range of industries. The meetings focused on potential cooperation opportunities and the legal support required by businesses conducting cross-border investment, trade and commercial activities.
Xeon & Partners is committed to supporting both international companies entering the Chinese market and Chinese companies expanding overseas. The firm acts as foreign-related legal counsel to Chinese enterprises and provides China-related legal services to foreign-invested and international businesses.
Through its participation in the conference, the firm introduced its cross-border legal capabilities and explored opportunities to cooperate with businesses and professional organisations operating across different jurisdictions and industries.
Trade in services is an important part of international commerce and cross-border economic cooperation. As businesses increasingly operate across multiple markets, they face legal issues involving investment structures, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, employment, intellectual property and dispute resolution.
Xeon & Partners will continue to strengthen its foreign-related legal practice and support businesses in addressing the legal and commercial challenges arising from international operations. The firm also looks forward to developing further cooperation with companies, chambers of commerce and professional institutions in China and overseas.
