Lending institutions must undertake in the disclosure form that, apart from the fees already listed, no additional loan-related charges will be collected.
The Measures require social organizations to be prohibited from establishing regional branch offices, clan-based branch offices, branch offices with significantly overlapping memberships, and branch offices with identical or highly similar names and business scopes.
The Measures clarify that evaluation and commendation activities by social organisations require approval and implementation of project list management, with strict approval and total quantity control. In principle, each social organisation may only establish one evaluation and commendation project, generally conducted once every five years.
The Measures require pharmaceutical representatives to hold associate degrees or above in medicine, pharmacy or related fields and to possess relevant clinical pharmaceutical knowledge. Pharmaceutical representatives are subject to nine prohibitive circumstances, including undertaking drug sales tasks and providing kickbacks or disguised benefits, with strict prevention of commercial bribery.
The new edition defines three categories of routine examinations (pre-employment, during-employment and post-employment), retaining only unified mandatory test items with standardised baseline screening for all positions. Six new mandatory baseline test items are added for high-temperature workers: comprehensive liver function, kidney function, liver and kidney ultrasound, and thyroid function panel (FT3/FT4/TSH).
The Provisions require units importing or exporting special goods to establish biosafety management systems and production, sales and usage records for special goods. Records must be authentic and retained for a minimum of three years.

The standard clarifies the definition of the self-storage business model, establishes unified industry guidelines across four dimensions: business qualifications, facility construction, daily operations and safety management. It defines prohibited items and specifies fire safety, video surveillance and emergency response requirements.
The first national safety standard for new energy vehicle maintenance, unifying safety guidelines for pure electric, plug-in hybrid and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, detailing full-process operation specifications for high-voltage systems and hydrogen supply devices, and improving personnel protection, risk identification and emergency management requirements.
Electric bicycles used for express delivery and food delivery services shall be registered and display special licence plates.
Requires permanent electronic archival of bid evaluation experts, recording basic information, evaluation participation and performance assessments. Once approved, evaluation specialties may not be deleted during a term of appointment.

Hong Kong and Macao rescue vessels and aircraft may enjoy landing, resupply and customs clearance facilitation when participating in rescue operations in Guangdong waters. Routine mechanisms for distress notification, on-site coordination and distressed person transfer are established.
