根据《劳动法》和《劳动合同法》的规定，企业在许多情形下与劳动者解除劳动合同时都需要支付经济补偿金。那么具体支付的情形有哪些、支付金额如何计算？我们通过一张表格来清晰的梳理
计算方式：
此处的N代表劳动者在本单位工作的年限，其中不满半年的视为半年，超过半年不满一年的视为一年。确定N后，再乘以劳动者的月平均工资，即是劳动者应得的补偿金金额。月平均工资是指劳动者在解除劳动合同前12个月的月实际平均工资，而不仅仅是劳动合同中约定的基本工资。如果劳动者月工资高于用人单位所在直辖市、设区的市级人民政府公布的本地区上年度职工月平均工资三倍的，向其支付经济补偿的标准按职工月平均工资三倍的数额支付，向其支付经济补偿的年限最高不超过十二年。
