Xeon & Partners established the Institute of Xeon Cross-border Data Compliance (hereinafter referred to as IXCD-C) with invited researchers from top domestic and overseas universities in the areas of Internet law and intellectual property law. IXCDC focuses on studying the latest domestic and overseas legislation and related theories, and assists Xeon & Partners in providing compliance guidelines for enterprise data business from the level of basic research, so as to help overseas enterprises tapping into China and Chinese enterprises going global in the data age, and contribute its strength to high-quality development of the digital economy.
