Alicia Zhang

Alicia Zhang holds dual master's degrees in US China law and has over ten years of experience as a lawyer in China. She has worked for listed companies in China and oil investment companies in the United States; I am currently settled in Texas, focusing on serving domestic enterprises to go global and operate in compliance in the United States.

After joining Xeon, Alicia Zhang will serve as the Head of Xeon & Partners Houston Office, Texas, USA Senior Advisor at Cross border Compliance Research Institute. The Xeon Texas Houston team, Xeon domestic lawyer team, and Xeon cross-border researcher team will jointly provide clients with a package of legal services including US exchange and inspection reception, office location selection, self built or purchased overseas warehouses, overseas strategic planning evaluation, research report writing, domestic ODI filing approval, US company establishment and tax planning, US company compliance operation, management and employee cross-border compliance training.
